was founded by Dr.
Harold Vick in June, 2003.
Dr. Vick served as the President of RMBC until he entered
into glory to be with his Savior in 2003.
The vice-president, Dr. Naomi-Smith, has worked with
Dr. Vick in the ministry since 1989 and is now
President
of RMBC.
